According to American College of Sports and Medicine if you have lost some joints motion or your muscle become stiff then it is recommended that stretching should be done daily in this case. - Hip Flexors: First stand on your one foot and bring your other foot to the backside to the buttock, pull to back gently while keeping your knee must be pointed at the ground and your hip straight. That’s the special warm up exercise at home.
